PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA DAN TURNOVER INTENTION PADA PT PANDU LOGISTICS SURABAYA
Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim to know the influence directly and indirectly between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and motivation to turnover intention PT Pandu Logistics Surabaya.The population that became the object in the research is the employees of PT Pandu Logistics Surabaya, which amounts to 120 employees. The sampling technique that been used in this research is by non-random sampling method, where not all individuals in the population are given equal opportunity to be assigned as sample member. So the sample size is 100 respondents. The data in this research is the primary data which is got from interviews, direct observation, and spread the questionnaire to the respondents. For data analysis technique in this research using PLS analysis.Based on the result of the research indicates that job satisfaction does not have significant influence to employee turnover intention in PT Pandu Logistics Surabaya, while organizational commitment and motivation have significant influence to employee intention turnover in PT Pandu Logistics Surabaya. And motivation to mediates has significant influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention in PT Pandu Logistics Surabaya.
