PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, LEVERAGE, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of dividend policy on the company value, leverage to company value, and company size to the company value, leverage to company value, and company size to the company value. Population in this research are Service Company of Property and Real Estate sector which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2012-2016. The sample selection was done by purposive sampling technique by using certain criteria, then got sample as many as 11 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linier regression analysis with using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) tool. The result of the research shows that the dividend policy has positive and significant influence to the company value, leverage (DAR) has positive and insignificant influence to the company value, and company size has positive and significant influence to company value.
