PENGARUH CAR, NPL, LDR DAN BOPO TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS BANK BUMN DI BEI 2013-2017
Abstract
Profitability is an important aspect for a bank since it is a main goal for the bank. Profitability is influenced by several factor i.e capital adequacy, credit problem, likuidity problem, and cost efficiency problem. This research aimed to examine the influence of capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non-performing loan (NPL), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), and operational cost to the operational income (BOPO) to the profitability. This Research used quantitative. The population of this research used all BUMN Banks which were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample collection used saturated sample technique so that it obtained 4 sample banks. The data Collected by multiple linier regressions analysis. The result of data analysis technique showed that multiple linier regressions analysis have a negative correlation among CAR, NPL, LDR and BOPO with ROA; the classic assumption used alredy fulfilled the determine criteria; model feasibility test showed that the model was feasible to use: t test showed that CAR and LDR did not have any influence to the ROA, meanwhile NPL and BOPO gave influence to the ROA. In Brief, the bank management should be aware to the total credit which is given to the customer in order to avoid credit problem as well as to manage the efficiency of operational cost to avoid negative infuence to the bank performance. Futher reseacrh should add other financial ratios and increase the period of research to get more relevant research results.
