PENGARUH IOS, NWC, CCC, DAN GO TERHADAP CASH HOLDING PERUSAHAAN INDUSTRI KONSUMSI

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of investment opportunity set, net working capital, cash conversion cycle, and growth opportunity to cash holding in the consumer goods industrial sector which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this research is the consumer goods industrial sector which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2016 as many as 37 companies. Sampling is done by purposive sampling, so that obtained 15 companies of consumer goods industry sector that meet sample criteria for analysis. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, goodness of fit test, and hypothesis test with using SPSS tool 20 version. The results of this research indicates that investment opportunity set and net working capital have a positive and significant influence on cash holding, cash conversion cycle has a negative and significant influence on cash holding, while growth opportunity has no significant influence on cash holding in the consumer goods industrial sector which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
