PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, K3 DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA PT GT-PRO

Abstract

This research is meant to examine the influence of work environment, health, and work safety, training to the work productivity of production operator at PT Garuda Top Plasindo Surabaya. This research is quantitative research which has been done by using explanatory research. The population of this research is all the employees of production operator at PT Garuda Top Plasindo Surabaya. The sampling technique has been conducted by using slovin. There are 106 respondents have been determined as samples. The analysis method has been carried out by using multiple linear regressions with the instrument of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The result of t test shows that work environment give positive and significant influence to the work productivity at PT Garuda Top Plasindo. The health and work safety gives positive and significant influence to the work productivity at PT Garuda Top Plasindo with the significance level both of those variables are less than 0.05. Training does not give any influence to the work productivity with the significance level is more than 0.05. Simultaneously the independent variable has significant influence to the dependent variable is 0.600.
