Abstract

High employee performance can be achieved if all elements are in the company well, and able to run its role in accordance with the needs and desires of customers and employees. Therefore, it is necessary to support the organizational culture, work discipline and work environment in order to improve the employee's performance. This research aims to identify the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Yobelindo Graha Mandiri Surabaya. The sampling technique that been used is purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Yobelindo Graha Mandiri Surabaya and based on predetermined criteria then obtained a sample of 60 respondents. The analytical method that been used is quantitative descriptive method, statistical analysis method consisting of instrument test analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, model feasibility study, partial test and R-square test with using SPSS application tool (Statistcal Product and Service Solutions). The result of this research shows that organizational culture has positive and significant influence with corelation-partial 0,024 with significant level 0,05 and work discipline and work environment have positive and insignificant influence with corelation-partial 0,181 and 0,571 with significant level 0,05 to employee performance PT. Yobelindo Graha Mandiri Surabaya.
