PENGARUH INSENTIF, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT INDOFOOD

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of incentives, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk. The population in this research is employees of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk who work on the warehouse. The sampling technique used sampling saturated with sample of 60 repondents working in PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk warehouse. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with using SPSS 20.0 (statistical product and service solutions) application tool. Based on the test using t test analysis, the results showed that incentive variables significantly influenced the performance of warehouse employees PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk with a significance value 0,000 < 0,05, work motivation significantly influence the performance of warehouse employees PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk with value significance 0,025 < 0,05, and work environment have an significant influence to performance of warehouse employee of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk with significance value 0,005 < 0,05.
