PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR
Abstract
The study aimed to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organization commitment and organization climate to
the organizational citizenship behavior. The data used in this is primary data obtained from questionnaires.
Total sample of 36 respondents who constitute the entirety of the population Hotel Varna Surabaya so used
saturated samples. The analysis technique used is multiple regression method and hypothesis testing using the F
test and t test. The result showed that variable job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to the
organizational citizenship behavior, organization commitment varable has not effect to the organizational
citizenship behavior, organization climate has positive and significant effect to the organizational citizenship
behavior. And the variable that has the most dominant influence on organizational citizenship behavior is
variable job satisfaction. The R2 value of 0.567 has been obtained from this research which means that 56.7% of
organizational citizenship behavior can be explained by the independent variables, job satisfaction,
organizational commitment and organizational climate and the remaining 43.3% can be explained by other
variables which are not included in this research.
