PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN INSTENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. MNC SKY VISION
Abstract
Employee performance determines the progress or the setback of a company, the role of man in the organization
is the basic capital in determining whether the objectives which have been determined by the company is achieved
or not. Therefore, effective coaching and human resources development is required for the smoothness of the
process of activity in the following organization This research is meant to find out the influence of leadership
style, motivation and incentives to the employee performance. The population is 41 permanent employees of PT
MNC Sky Vision (Indovision) Surabaya and the sample collection technique has been done by using saturated
sampling methods. The analysis technique has been done by using multiple regression analysis. The result of the
test shows that leadership style, motivation, and incentives simultaneously give influence to the employee
performance. This result indicates that the fluctuation of the employee performance is determined by how well
the leadership style has been applied in order to build employee motivation in running their work, and how well
the incentives which have been provided by the company. This condition is supported by the acquisition of
multiple correlation coefficient of 78.0% which shows the correlation among variables to the employee
performance is firm. The result of the test shows that leadership style, motivation, and incentives each of them
gives positive influence to the employee performance.
