PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT SUKSES SELAMAT BAROKAH

Abstract

Working productivity is one of the important factor to support the company development. This research aimed to analyze the influence of compensation, safety and occupational health (K3) to the working productivity in PT. Sukses Selamat Barokah. This research type used the quantitative method to measure data in one numeric scale (number) which can be distinguished of interval and ratio data. The population of this research where 53 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, so all the population members where used as sample. Data analyze technique used multiple linear regression analyze. This research results showed that compensation had positive influence and significant to employee working productivity, safety and occupational health (K3) had positive significant influence to the employee working productivityof PT. Sukses Selamat Barokah. More ever compensation variabel, safety and occupational health (K3) had 51% contribution, meanwhile 49% for the rest had been influence by other factor outside the model.
