PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the influence of financial performance to the stock price through annual financial statement which was prepared by the manufacturing company sub sector of consumption and goods who were list at indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016 periods. The population of this research was done by purposive sampling method. Furthermore, the overall manufacturing company at the sub sector of food and beverages were only 13 companies which were in accordance with sample criteria. The analysis method use multiple linear regressions with the application of SPSS (Statistical Produvt and Service Solutions). The result of this research used manufacturing company within sub sector of food and beverages. This indicated that Earning Per Share gave significant positif influence to the stock price, that Price Earning Ratio gave significant positive influence to the stock price, that Debt to Equity Ratio gave significant positive influence to the stock price, that Return on Investment gave significant positive influence to the stock price, that Return on Equity gave significant positive influence to the stock price.
