PENGARUH MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN PELATIHAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT SEMEN INDONESIA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and explained the importance influence of motivation, work environment and work training to the employee performance at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk-Tuban Factor. Research type was quantitative research. The population were all human resource division at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk – Tuban Factory which has 50 employees. Data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis technique with saturated sample. Data analysis in this research used SPSS version 22. The analysis technique used descriptive analysis, validity test and realibility test and hypothesis test. The result showed that the motivation variable had positive and significant influence to the employee performance with recession coefficient 0f 0,350 and significance level of 0,005; the work environment had positive and significant influence level of 0, 025; the work training had positive and significant influence level of 0,035. This showed that all independent variables had positive and significant influence
