PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. KARYA MANDIRI SURABAYA
Abstract
The research aimed to find out the influence of job training and comprnsation to employee performance at CV. Karya Mandiri Surabaya. This research used quantitative method. The respondents were 55 respondents. By the sampling technique, saturated sample was applied to consider the sample. Analysis data method in this research used multiple linier regression analysis using SPSS program 2.1.0. As the result, this research showed that job training had significant influence to the employee performance. Likewise the compensation had sognoficant influence to the performance.
