Abstract

Human resource division is an important part, specifically to determine the success of a company in achieving organizational goals. Effecctive employee is needed in relation to stronger global market competition. Someone with higher employee performance level shows positive attitude to the work, and someone who is not statisfied with their work will show negative attitude to the work.This research aimed to test work discipline, motivation, work statisfaction to the mareketing employee performance in PT. Ardendi Jaya Sentosa Sidoarjo. This research used primary data that was gained through questionnaires to 55 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Then, the analysis sample used SPSS 22 (statistical product and service solutions). The research results showed that the work discipline had a positive and significant influence to the employee performance with regression coefficient of 0,042; motivation had positive and significant influence to the employee performance with regression coefficient of 0,035; and working statisfaction had positive and significant influence to the employee performance with regression of 0,000
