Abstract

This quantitative esearch aimed to find out and describe the importance of work environment, training and work motivation on the employeesperformance at PT. Ramayana Jaya Motor Surabaya. The population were all employees of PT. Ramayana Jaya Motor Surabaya which consist of 50 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linier with saturated sample.The data analysis in this research used SPSS version 16. In testing data, there were some analysis applied, such as: descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, model of proper test, and hypothesis testing. All the analyses concluded work environment variable had positive effect and significant on employeesperformance with regression coefficient of 0.269 and significance level of 0.008. while,training had positive effect and significant on employees performance with regression coefficient of 0.245. in addition, significance level of 0.020 and work motivation had positive effect and significant on employees performance with regression coefficient of 0.309 and significant level 0.000. it meant that all independent variables had positive or significant effect.
