ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE
Abstract
This researchis meant to analyze the influence of: 1) profitability (return on investment) investment decisions; 2)
liquidity (current ratio) investment decisions; 3) solvency (debt to assets) to investment decisions; 4) activity
(total asset turnover) to the investment decisions. The population is real estate and property companieswhich are
listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015 periods which have beenselected by using purposive sampling
and based on the predetermined criteria, 16 companies have been selected as samples. The analysis methodhas
been carried out by using multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesis test i.e. determinant
coefficient, F test and t test. Based on the result of multiple regression analysis and t test with 5% significance
level, then the result of the research shows that partially, profitability (ROIA), liquidity (CR), solvency (DTA)
and activity (TATO) give positive and significant influenceto the investment decisions (KI), it indicates that
investors in making investment decisions always conduct analysisin order to obtain more accurate data when
making an investment by conducting technical and fundamental analysis that become one of the considerations
or feasible for potential investors to invest their capital.
