PERBEDAAN KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KINERJA BISNIS BERDASARKAN GENDER

Abstract

The business performance related to the level of achievement or accomplishment in a certain periods. Business performance is the main key in order to survive in the competition. There are many kind of UMKM which are established in city of Surabaya creating a tight business competition. The UMKM entrepreneurs are women and men. This research is aimed to find out the different of leadership and business performance based on gender. This research has been conducted to the 100 respondents who were the UMKM batik entrepreneurs in Surabaya. The analysis technique has been carried out by using one-way anova in order to find out the different of leadership and business performance based on gender. Based on different test shows that there is no difference of leadership and business performance based on gender it can be seen from the test result of one-way anova with significance value is bigger than 0,05 i.e. 0.0806. Furthermore, there is no difference of business performance based on gender it can be seen from the significance value is bigger than 0.05 which is 0.051.
