PENGARUH MOTIVASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BANK BJB SURABAYA
Abstract
High performance of the company employees can be achived if all elements in the company are well integrated and able to perform its role in accordance with the needs and desires of the employees. Therefore it is needed to support for motivate, leadership style, and work environment to improve employee performance. This research aims to examine the influence of the company characteristics which proxied with motivation, leadership style, and work environment on employee performance of PT Bank Jawa Barat and Banten at surabaya main branch. The population in this research obtained by using saturated samplingv method at PT Bank Jawa Barat and Banten at Surabaya main barnch and obtained sample of 40 respondents. The analyctical method that been used is multiple linier regression analysis with using SPSS apikasiasi tool (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The result showed that motivation, leadership style and work environtmenyt had significant influence on the employee performancewith motivation regression coefficient of regression style of 0,475 and level significance 0,001, while work regression coefficient equal of 0,475 and level equal to 0,049.
