Abstract

This is research is aimed to analyze the influence of head supervisory, sanctions, motivation, and job satisfaction to the work discipline of the employees of PT Tissor Indonesia Surabaya. The population is 53 employees of PT Tissor Indonesia Surabaya. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using saturated sampling technique or census which is a technique to determine sample by selecting all members of the population as respondents or samples. The research samples is all employees of PT Tissor Indonesia Surabaya. The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions analysis. The result of the research shows that head supervisory gives positive influence to the work discipline of the employees, sanctions give positive and significant influence to the work discipline of the employees, job satisfaction gives positive and significant influence to the work discipline of the employees of PT Tissor Indonesia Surabaya. The result of partial determination coefficient test shows that sanction giving the most dominant influence to the work discipline of the employees of PT Tissor Indonesia Surabaya.
