PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN RETAIL YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS) to the Share Price on Retail companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015. The sampling technique that been used in this research is obtained by using purposive sampling method to get 10 retail companies. The analysis technique that been used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results shows that the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant influence on the stock prices with significance> 0.05. Meanwhile, Return On Assets (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have an influence on the stock price with significance level <0,05. The result of coefficient of determination R ^ 2 shows the value equal to 0,768 or 76,8% which mean that contribution from independent variable consisting of CR, DER, ROA and EPS to stock price equal to 76,8%, while the rest 23,2% influenced by other variables outside regression.
