Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Motivation as well as to find the most dominant influence among the independent variables on Employee Performance at PT Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang (BIG) Surabaya.The population in this research is focusing on employees and human resource development (HRD) at PT. Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang (BIG) Surabaya. The sampling technique using purposive sampling by using 100 people respondents. The analysis method that been used is multiple linear regression analysis with using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) tool. The classical assumption test that been used meets the specified criteria; the model feasibility test shows that this model is feasible to use and the leadership style variables have a huge influence of all independent variables; t test and regression show leadership style, work environment, and motivation have a significant and positive influence on the employee performance.PT. Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang (BIG) is expected to pay attention to leadership style, work environment, and motivation because it can influenced employee performance.
