ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PT. INDOMOBIL SUKSES INTERNASIONAL Tbk. SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH AKUISISI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

Abstract

This research is discuss the related of the analysis of financial performance at PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional, Tbk before and after the acquisition. This research is aimed to analyze whether there is any significant difference in financial performance at PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional, Tbk before and after the acquisition. Based on the financial ratio which has been used i.e. liquidity ratio includes current ratio and quick ratio, solvability ratio includes debt to total asset ratio and debt to equity ratio, profitability ratio includes ratio of net profit margin, return on asset and return on equity. This research is documentary data that is collected includes financial report data at PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional, Tbk during 3 years before and after the acquisition. The data analysis has been done by using paired sample t-test. The result of this research shows that 7 ratios which have been tested b using paired sample t-test during 3 years period before and after the acquisition shows that 4 ratios (current ratio, quick ratio, debt to total asset ratio, and debt to equity ratio) does not have any significant difference which shows a poor performance. Meanwhile, 3 ratios (net profit margin, return on asset and return on equity) give significant difference.
