PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work discipline, compensation on the employee performance at PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. The type of the research that used is quantitative research. The sampling technique using probability sampling with the number of the samples obtained as much as 65 respondents. The population that been used in this research is all the employees of PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. The data analysis technique that been used in this research is multiple linear method. The results of this research indicates that the work environment variables do not significantly influenced the performance of the employees because the employees are domiciled in the area around the company which is resulting in the work environment has no influence on the employee performance. Work discipline has a significant positive influence on the employee performance due to good work discipline and obedience to company regulations will improve the employee performance. The compensation has a significant positive influence on the employee performance because if the compensation given by the company to the employee is good, it will support the employee performance better also. Based on the coefficient of the partial determinations of the compensation variable has a dominant influence on the employee performance. This happens because when the compensation increases, the employee performance will also increases.
