PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS UMKM BATIK TULIS DI SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aims to obtain the tested findings on the influence of (1) training on the productivity of batik SMEs, (2) motivation to productivity of batik SMEs, (3) Which of the variables training and motivation that have dominant influence on productivity of batik SMEs. This research uses quantitative research type with comparative causal method. The population in this research is all participants who got trained in Batik Putat Jaya. Samples that been taken in this research amounted to 30 respondents with saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques in this study by way of questionnaires. This researcher uses multiple linear regression analysis technique. Partial test results show that the training variables have no significant influence on the productivity of SME Dolly, while the motivation variable significantly influence the productivity of SME Dolly. The result of partial determination coefficient test shows that the variable of motivation has high determination coefficient value, it indicates that the variable has dominant influence to Dolly SME productivity.
