Abstract

This research aims to obtain tested findings on 1) the influence of leadership on employee performance of Educative Residence Surabaya Apartment, 2) the influence of workload on employee performance of Educative Residence Surabaya Apartment, 3) influence of work stress on employee performance of Educity Residence Surabaya Apartment. This research uses quantitative research type with comparatives causal method. Population in this research is all employees of Educative Residence Apartment Surabaya which amount 60 respondents with saturated sampling method. Technique of data collection in this research by questionnaire, this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The result of partial research shows that leadership has a significant positive influence on the employee's performance of Educate Residence Apartment Surabaya 0,505, workload variable has a significant negative influence on the employee performance of Educity Residence Surabaya Apartment of -0.301, while work stress variable negatively influenced the employee performance Educee Residence Surabaya Apartment equal to -0.307.
