PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN LQ45 PERIODE 2010-2014

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE) and
earning per share (EPS) to the stock price of companies in LQ 45 index which are listed in Indonesia Stock
Exchange (IDX) in 2010-2014 periods both partial and simultaneous. The financial ratios which have been
studied are ROA, ROE and EPS. The population is all companies in LQ 45 index which are listed in the IDX in
2010-2014 periods. The samples are 7 manufacturing companies in LQ 45 index which have been selected by
using purposive sampling. The data collection technique has been carried out by performing library research and
documentation. The data analysis has been done by using multiple linear regressions. The result of the research
shows that partially ROA and EPS gives positive influence to the stck price. Simultaneosly, ROA, ROE and
EPS give significant influence to the stock price. The result of determination coefficient analysis test is 66,4%, it
describes that ROA, ROE and EPS can explain stock price of the companies which are listed in the IDX in 20102014
