PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA MELALUI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI
Abstract
This research aimed to understand the influence of working stress to the employee satisfaction works directly or not with the organization commitment as mediation variable to the employee of pasasi division at PT Lion Mentari Airlines Juanda Airports - Surabaya. This type of research that been used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this research is the employee of pasasi division at PT Lion Mentari Airlines Juanda Airports - Surabaya with the total of the sample as many as 67 employees. The sampling technique that been used was purposive sampling technique with collecting data technique using questionnaire. Analysis method that been used is Structural Eqution Modern (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smartPLS 2.0 M3 application. The research results showd that the working stress directly negative has influenced significantly to te employee working satisfaction of pasasi division at PT Lion Mentari Airlines Juanda Airports - Surabayaand not direct influence has shows that the organization commitment can be mediated between working stress influence to the employee working satisfaction of pasasi division at PT Lion Mentari Airlines Juanda Airports - Surabaya.
