PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE DI BEI

Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of financial ratio that include of liquidity ratio, solvability ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio and the market value ratio to the stock return of property and real estate company which is listed in the BEI at 2011-2015 period. The data that been used in this research is financial secondary data reports that got from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). There are 45 companies in the property and real estate company which is listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the number of the research samples that used in this research as many as 6 companies in 2011-2015 taken with purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis with using SPSS version 24 tool. The results showed that current ratio, total assets turn over, return on assets, and price earning ratio have a significant influence on stock return, while debt to equity ratio has no significant influence on stock return.
