PENGARUH ROA, DER, CR TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGE DI BEI

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and provide evidence of the effect of Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio on shares price in Food and Beverage companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population was Food and Beverage companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. While, there were eleven Food and Beverage companies as sample, in which collected based on criteria given. Moreover, the sampling collection technique used purposive sampling. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Based on the test result, Feasibilitytest model or F-test, it concluded this tes was properly used. Moreover, the T-test result concluded the Return on Assets had significant effect on the shares price. In addition, the Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio had insignificant effect on the shares price of Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.
