PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, SOLVABILITAS DAN MODAL KERJA TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of liquidity, solvability, and working capital on the profitability. Liquidity was measured by Current Ratio (CR), Solvability was measured by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and working capital was measured by working capital turn over. While the population was PT Liberro Indonesia, Surabaya. Moreover, the company did not used the data collection technique as it was a case study of one of its companies. Furthermore, the data was PT Liberro Indonesia financial statement 2013-2017. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. The research result concluded liquidity had significant and positive effect on the profitability. This result supported the Horne and Machowicz theory (2009), also with the michello and Wannorie (2015). Moreover, Solvability had significant and positive effect on profitability. The result supported Mamduh and Halim (2009), Subramanyam and Wild (2010) and also with Yusra (2016) research. Besides, working capital had significant and positive effect on the profitability. This result supported Kasmir theory (2016), Noor and Lestaru (2012) as well as Wibowo and Wartini (2012) on the profitability of PT Liberro Indonesia.
