Abstract

Human resources are the main assets of company which can not be replaced by other resources. In other words the human resources are company driving force in achieving its determined goals and objectives. As the company success is reflected on the employees performance, either in quality or quantity ; this research aimed to analyze the effect of leadership style, working discilpline, and motivation on the employes performance of UD Maju Mapan. The research was quantitative which aimed to measure the result of respondents answer, in the form of score or numeric that had been processed by using mathematics calculations. Furthermore, the population was UD Maju Mapan with 50 respondents. Moreover, the sampling collection technique used saturated or total sampling with all members of the company as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS version 23. The research result concluded leadership style, working discipline, and motivation had positive and significant effect on the employees performance of UD Maju Mapan. In brief, the total percentage of there independent variables, namely leadership style, working discipline, motivation had 27,6%. While, the rest percentage of 72,4 had been affected by other factors, outside of the model.
