PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, INVENTORY TURNOVER, DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research is aims to examine the influence of firm characteristic that proxied by capital structure, inventory turnover, and profitability to the value of pharmaceutical companies which listed in indonesia stock exchange (IDX) at 2011–2016 period.The populations in this research is obtained by using purposive sampling method at pharmaceutical company which listed in indonesia stock exchange (IDX) during 2011 – 2016 period and based on predetermined criteria, 7 samples of pharmaceutical company are obtained. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS ( statisticalproduct and service solution) application tool. Based on the model feasibility test results can be seen that the independent variabels consisting of capital structure, inventory turnover, profitability have a significant influence on corporate value. The result of subsequent test using t test indicating that the variable of capital structure has no influence to firm value, for inventory turnover variable has significant negative influence to the firm value and Profitability variable have positive significant influence to firm value.
