PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN, MOTIVASI DAN KEPUASAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
The research aimed to analyze the influence of work discipline, work environment, motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of CV. Mitra Internusa Jaya. The population in this research is all employees of CV Mitra Internusa Jaya which amounted to 50 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique, which is a technique for determining the sample by taking all members of the population as respondents or samples. So the sample in this research is all employees of CV Mitra Internusa Jaya. The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that work discipline has positive and significant influence on employee performance of CV. Mitra Internusa Jaya, work environment has positive and significant influence on employee performance of CV. Mitra Internusa Jaya, motivation has positive and significant influence to employee performance of CV. Mitra Internusa Jaya, and job satisfaction have positive and significant influence on employee performance of CV. Mitra Internusa Jaya.
