PENGARUH ORIENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA BISNIS MELALUI MEDIASI ORIENTASI PASAR
Abstract
Business performance is the relationship between the formation process between the organization with the work
that produces goods and services through performance and has a relationship with organizational goals,
customer satisfaction, and contribute to the economy. The purpose of this research to determine the influence of
entrepreneurship orientation on business performance through market orientation. This research uses
quantitative method. The population in this research is SMEs and SMEs in Surabaya. Sampling technique used
is Purposive Sampling technique, so that the sample in this research is the producers of SMEs and SMEs as
much as 53 respondents who market their products in SME Center Dolly Surabaya. Data analysis technique
used in this research is path analysis using SPSS 24 tool. The result of this research indicates that the
entrepreneurship orientation variable have positive and significant influence to the market orientation variable
with significance value equal to 0.000. However, entrepreneurial orientation has no significant influence on
business performance with a significance value of 0.269. Indirectly entrepreneurial orientation has a significant
and positive influence on market orientation and market orientation has a positive influence on business
performance with R2 value of 0.334.
