PENGARUH KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP KINERJA BISNIS WANITA BATIK MANGROVE SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of human resource competencies that are divided into knowledge (skills), skills (skill), and ability (ability) on business performance at SMEs mangrove batik Surabaya. The data sources in this researchis the form of primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this research is obtained by using simple random sampling method at UMKM of mangrove batik and based on predetermined criterion hence there are population as many as 60 business actors of mangrove batik and obtained sample as many as 38 woman mangrove batik business in Surabaya. The analysis method that been used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) tool. The results showed that the competence of knowledge (knowledge) has a positive and significant impact on business performance with regression coefficient of 0.344 and significance level 0.002. Skill competence variable has positive and significant impact on business performance with regression coefficient equal to 0,258 and level of significance 0,024 and so also with competence ability variable (ability) which have positive and significant influence which has regression coefficient equal to 0,260 and significance 0,001.
