PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PT. SEMEN INDONESIA TBK

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the influence firm size and profitability to the firm value. This research focuses on PT. Cement Indonesia, Tbk previously known as PT. Semen Gresik which has been consolidated with PT. Semen Padang and PT. Semen Tonasa, so the name change has an impact on the change in the firm value. Through the annual financial statement which has been prepared by PT. Semen Indonesia, Tbk in 2008-2015 periods. This research which has been conducted on PT. Semen Indonesia, Tbk has been done by using data analysis technique i.e. multiple linear regressions and the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 23 version. The result of the research shows that independent variables firm size give positive and significant influence to the firm value and independent variables profitability give positive and significant influence to the firm value. The results of this study indicate that the greater the gain obtained the greater the ability of companies to pay dividends, and this has an impact on the increase in firm value.
