PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN KOMUNIKASI PADA KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
Human resources is one of the most important assets contained in an enterprise. If the company wants to continue to grow and participate in the competition, the company should be able to improve the performance of its employees. Goals to be achieved in this research is to study about Communication, Motivation and Discipline Work on the performance of employees at PT. Global Moment International Surabaya. The method used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of PT. International Global Moment Surabaya as many as 100 people. Samples taken as many as 91 people as respondents. Variables used in this research is the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), as well as the independent variables consisted of Communications (X1), motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3). The results showed that either simultaneously or in partial, communication, motivation, and Work Discipline has a significant influence on employee performance, which communication variables have a dominant influence on employee performance. Therefore, the company should maintain good communication between leaders and employees in the company.
