Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of corporate social responsibility, institutional ownership, managerial ownership to the firm value (this research is related to manufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014 periods). The object of research is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, which amounted to 142 companies. Based on data completeness only 5 companies into the sample with the observation period 2010-2014.The population is all manufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014 periods. The sample has been selected by using technical based purposive sampling which is based on certain criteria. The independent variable of corporate social responsibility, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership. The dependent variable is the value of the company as measured by price-book value.The data analysis instrument has been conducted by using descriptive analysis and multiple regressions analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) corporate social responsibility is proven to have positive and insignificant influence to the firm value. (2) Institutional ownership has significant and positive influence to the firm value. (3) Managerial ownership has positive and insignificant influence to the firm value.
