PENGARUH CR, ROA, EPS DAN DPR TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of current ratio (CR), return on asset (ROA), earning per share (EPS) and dividend payout ratio (DPR) variables on the stock price (HS) variable at the company property and real estate which is listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with 5-yearsresearch period in 2012-2016. The population used in this research is 49 property and real estate company which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The Sampling technique used purposive sampling. Pursuant to technique of taking purposive sampling data obtained sample of 21 firms property and real estate which is listed in Indonesia stock Exchange (BEI). The data in the research used in the form of secondary data are financial statements of Property and real estate companies which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and processed with using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software. The results showed that the current ratio (CR) negative and not significant to the stock prices, return on assets (ROA) and earning per share (EPS) positive and significant to the stock prices, dividend payout ratio (DPR) positive and insignificant to the stock prices.
