The research was quantitative with secondary data. Moreover, the data were in the form of companies’ financial statements. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 12 companies as the sample with 63 data observations. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution 27. The result concluded that: 1) NPM had a significant effect on stock return. It meant the amount of NPM could predict stock price; 2) DER had an insignificant effect on stock return. This meant that, the higher the companies’ debt level was, the lower the chance of getting stock return would be; 3) ROA had a significant effect on stock return. The population was all civil servant teachers (PNS) and<br>non-permanent teachers (GTT) at SDN Sidotopo 1/48 Surabaya. Furthermore, the data collection technique used<br>a saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. Moreover, the instrument in the<br>data collection technique used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to all civil servant teachers<br>(PNS) and non-permanent teachers (GTT) at SDN Sidotopo 1/48 Surabaya. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 40 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection was a questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application. The result showed that work-life balance had positive and significant effect on nurses’ job satisfaction at the Army Service Hospital Surabaya. However, work-family conflict had a negative and significant effect on nurses’ job satisfaction at the Army Service Hospital Surabaya. In contrast, employee engagement balance had positive and significant effect on nurses’ job satisfaction at the Army Service Hospital Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was banking<br>companies that go public listed on IDX. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the<br>sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 10 banking companies. Furthermore, the<br>data were taken for 5 years (2018-2022). In total, there were 50 data samples. The data were secondary, taken<br>from financial statements. The research was descriptive-quantitative. The data were primary. Moreover, the data collection technique used non- probability sampling. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. Furthermore, the sampling technique used accidental sampling. From the population of 700 employees, there were 88 respondents as the sample; which was determined by the Slovin formula. The research was causal-comparative with a quantitative approach. Moreover, the data were primary. The population was Surabaya citizens with a minimum age of 20 years and had not ever bought Tupperware, but know and ever used the product. Furthermore, the data collection technique used a combination of non-probability sampling, i.e. purposive sampling and snowball sampling. In line with that, there were 97 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) 25 version. The result concluded that product quality had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing interest of Tupperware in Surabaya. This research is a quantitative study, with the research population being banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), in 2019-2021. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The samples used are banking sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period, a total of 23 banking companies. Variable measurements were analyzed with the help of SPSS V.26 for windows, with the analysis involved multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Baba Rafi International. The research was quantitative. The population was employees who worked at PT. Baba Rafi International. It consisted of 66 employees. Furthermore, the data collection technique used a simple random sampling with the Slovin formula. In line with that, there were 57 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the sampling technique used was field research. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the employees of PT. The independent variables were Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividend per Share (DPS), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). Moreover, the dependent variable was Sharia Stock Return (RSS). The research was quantitative. The population was 70 companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 20 samples. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and proper model test with the SPSS 29 version. Furthermore, the result of the F test showed that the Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividend Per Share (DPS), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) had a significant effect on Sharia Stock Return (RSS). Additionally, the t-test indicated that the price earning ratio (PER) had a positive but insignificant on Sharia Stock Return. Nowadays, many people enjoy online shopping since it is easier and faster. However, some customers felt unsatisfied with the online shopping. Therefore, the research used to build customer satisfaction with product, price, promotion, and place as variables.The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was customers who bought products in the Zalora application. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 98 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The result concluded that the product had a positive and significant effect on the customers’ satisfaction with the Zalora Indonesia application. The data collection technique used simple random sampling with the Lemeshow formula. In line with that, there were 100 customers as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS application 3.0. The result showed that social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on the customers’ purchasing decisions of Lektang Gallery Malang. Moreover, the data collection technique used accidental sampling. The population was consumers who purchased in Surabayacam with an infinite number. Therefore, Lemeshow was used. Also, it aimed to find out the effect of hedonic motivation and shopping lifestyle on positive emotions. Moreover, it aimed to find out the indirect effect of hedonic motivation on impulse buying with positive emotion as the mediating variable. It aimed also to find out the indirect effect of a shopping lifestyle on impulse buying with impulse buying and positive emotion as mediating variables. Moreover, the population was Z Generation of Shopee consumers in Surabaya. The data analysis technique used PLS with SmartPLS 4.0. The result, directly, showed that hedonic motivation had a positive but insignificant effect on impulse buying; shopping lifestyle and positive emotion had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying; hedonic motivation and shopping lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on positive emotion. However, the result, indirectly, showed that hedonic motivation had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying with positive emotion as a mediating variable. This eased the trade between seller and buyer. One of the food business online activities offered the product namely ShopeeFood and one of the products was Mie Gacoan. This research aimed to find out the effect of brand image, promotion, and online customer reviews on the consumers’ purchasing decisions of Mie Gacoan, a branch of Manyar in ShopeeFood. The research was causal-quantitative. The population was consumers who purchased products of Mie Gacoan, a branch of Manyar in ShopeeFood. Moreover, the data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument in the data collection technique. The data collection technique used simple random sampling with 98 respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 29. The result showed that brand image had a significantly positive effect on purchasing decisions. Likewise, promotion had a significantly positive effect on purchasing decisions. The research was quantitative. The<br>population was 44 teachers of SMK “X”. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling.<br>The instrument in the data collection was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple regression<br>with SPSS. The result indicated that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on teachers’<br>work motivation. Likewise, organizational support had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ work<br>motivation. Similarly, the organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ work<br>motivation. In suggestions, SMK “X” should improve the organizational culture in terms of creating policies<br>that tend to benefit teachers and create healthy competition in the work environment. Moreover, the school<br>should give organizational support, by giving compliments to the teachers who successfully and warn to<br>undisciplined teachers. Profitability was measured by Return On<br>Equity (ROE), sales growth was measured by Sales Growth (SG), firm size, was measured by Firm Size, and<br>firm value was measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The research was causal- comparative and quantitative<br>approach. Moreover, the data were secondary and taken from companies’ annual reports. The population was 6<br>Cosmetic and Household companies listed on IDX during 2017-2022. Furthermore, the data collection technique<br>used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 6 companies which fulfilled as the sample. The data<br>analysis technique used multiple linear with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) 26. The result of the<br>hypothesis test showed that profitability (ROE) had a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV).<br>However, sales growth had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value (PBV).
