PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN CASH FLOW TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of profitability, liquidity and cash flow on dividend policy on food and beverages companies through financial statements that have been prepared by Food and Beverages Companywhich listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this research was obtained by using purposive sampling method on Food and Beverages Companywhich listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2015 period and based on predetermined criteria, so obtained of 45 samples. Sources of data from this research are from STIESIA Stock Corner (School of Economic Indonesia) and Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application tool. The results of this research indicates that profitability has a significant positive influence on dividend policy on food and beverages companies. Liquidity has no significant influence on dividend policy on food and beverages and Cash Flow Company has no significant influence on dividend policy on Food and Beverages Company.
