Abstract

This research aims to determine and examine the influence of leadership style variables, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance PT. Mandiri Perkasa Surabaya. Population in this research is employees of PT. Mandiri Perkasa Surabaya, amounting to 40 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique or total sampling technique, so the whole population is sampled in this research. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership style had positive and significant influence on employee performance with significant level of 0,011, work environment had positive and significant influence to employee performance with significant level 0,00 and work motivation had positive and significant influence to employee performance at PT. Mandiri Perkasa Surabaya with a significant level of 0.00. Thus it can be said that the performance of employees of PT. Mandiri Perkasa Surabaya is strongly influenced by the leadership style, work environment, and work motivation given by the company.
