Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and to test the influence of leadership style, motivation and
labor dicipline to the performance of employees at PT. KIB Karya Indah Buana Surabaya. This research is
a quantitative research. The analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions which
is meant to calculate the amount of the coefficient regressions to shows the influence of the variables i.e.
leadership style, motivation and labor discipline to the performance of employees. Meanwhile, goodness of
fit test (Uji F) is used to test the model feasibilityin
this resarch. The result of F test shows that regressions
model is feasible to be used to predict the performance of employees. The populations are all employees of
PT. Karya Indah Buana Surabaya and 50 respondents have been selected as samples. The result of t test
shows that leadership style has significant and positive influence to the performance of employees, work
motivation has significant and positive influence to the performance of employees, and labor discipline has
significant and positive to the performance of employeesof PT. Karya Indah Buana Surabaya. Meanwhile,
work motivation is the variable which has dominant influence to the performance of employeesat PT.
