PENGARUH EPS, PER, ROE, ROA TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM SEKTOR REAL ESTATE AND PROPERTY

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of corporate characteristics of the Real Estate and Property sector operated by Price Earning Ratio, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Return On Assets on Stock Price through annual financial statements which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment GallerySTIESIA. The population used in this research were 49 companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery STIESIA during 2014-2016 period and based on predetermined criteria, 25 samples from the Real Estate and Property sector were obtained. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS tool. On the results of hypothesis testing conducted by using t test (partial) indicates that only variable Earning Per Share have a positive and significant influence on Stock Price with a regression coefficient of 6.359 and a significance level of 0.000. While the variable Price Earning Ratio, Return On Equity and Return On Assets have no significant influence on Stock Price.
