Abstract

Currently companies need human resources potential .Hence variously taken by the company to know the causes
increase or decrease employee performance. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of individual
characteristic, works and works experience to the performance of the employees. Meanwhile, the samples are 60
employees who work at PT BRI (Persero) Tbk Kapas Krampung branch Surabaya. The data collection technique
of this research is questionnaire. The data uses primary data which has been collected by issuing questionnaires
to respondents. The research method applies quantitative method; meanwhile the analysis technique has been
done by using multiple linear regressions analysis. The result of the coefficient determination value is 68.1%,
and each of variable shows that individual characteristic, works and works experience have significant influence
to the performance of the employees. The result of this research shows that through partial test, the variables i.e.:
individual characteristic, works and works experience have significant influence to the performance of the
employees; with its significance value is less than 0.05.
