Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility, Institutional Ownership and Managerial Ownership of Company Value in Metal and Allied Product companies for the 2012-2016 period which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this research is Metal and Allied Product company which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 16 companies and using purposive sampling method, with predetermined criterion, then got sample of 6 companies. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) tool application. The results showed that Corporate Social Corporate variables have a negative and significant influenced on firm value with regression coefficient of -1.697 and significance level of 0.013. Variable Institutional Ownership has a positive and insignificant influenced on Corporate Value with regression coefficient of 0.360 and a significance level of 0.504. Variable Managerial Ownership has a negative and insignificant influenced on Corporate Value with regression coefficient of -0.184 and significance level of 0.065. Simultaneously, the independent variable has a significant influenced on the dependent variable with the significance level of 0.002.
