PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DI BEI

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of profitability and liquidity proxyed by return on assets (ROA) and current ratio (CR) to stock prices through annual financial statements prepared by food and beverage manufacturing companies which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this research is obtained by using purposive sampling method that is a sampling method based on certain criteria contained in food and beverage companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2011-2015 period. Based on the criteria determined then obtained the sample as many as 6 companies. Technique of data analysis by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS application tool version 22. Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that partially return on asset (ROA) has a positive and significant influence on stock prices and current ratio (CR) in this research significantly influence the negative direction of stock prices.
