Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality variables, promotion and prices on customer decisions in buying. The population used in this study is visitors to the Bonnet Supermarket Surabaya. The sampling technique uses a Purposive sampling where the respondents are male and female with a total sample of 100 respondents. While the analysis technique in this study is multiple regression analysis.The test results using Model feasibility test shows that the variables of product quality, promotion and price on customers decisions in buying in this has a positive and significant model are feasible to use. Furthermore, using the t test shows that the variables of producy quality, promotion and price individually have a positive and significant effect on cunsomer decisions in buying products Noodle Ramen PT Nissin Foods Indonesia. This research has been carried out in accordance with scientific procedures, however, there are still limitations, as follows: (1) This study only discusses the independent variable, (2) There are limitations to the study with a questionnaire that is only using 100 respondents and sometimes the answers given by respondents show less consistency regarding the statement of consumers on a product
