Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of micro fundamental, namely Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning Per Share (EPS) and macro fundamental, i.e. GDP growth, inflation, and exchange value on share price at LQ45 companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling analysis technique used purposive sampling as there were eight manufacturing industries from 45 countries which were listed on LQ45 for five years (2013-2017). The companies in which, had publised yearly financial report, which ended on December, 31 2017. While, the data use quantitative, i.e. yearly financial report in the form of balance sheet and income statement from the sampel. Moreover, the economic data source was from www.bi.go.id and www.bps.go.id in the year of 2013-2017. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression. The research result, from multiple linier regression counting, showed Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) had positive significant effect on the shares price. While, inflation and exchange value had negative significant effect on the shares price. In addition, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and GDP growth had negative unsignificant effect on the shares price.
