Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the influence of compensation, work environment and K3 to the productivity of employee performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatranding Cabang Surabaya 2. The population is all production employees at PT. Enseval Putera Megatranding Cabang Surabaya 2. The samples are 40 employees in warehouse department at PT. Enseval Putera Megatranding Cabang Surabaya 2 because the numbers of the employees are less than 100 people, therefore all the members of population have been used as samples. The data has been obtained by issuing questionnaires to the employees and leaders at PT. Enseval Putera Megatranding Cabang Surabaya 2. The analysis technique has been carried out by using multiple linear regressions analysis. The result of the research shows that partially compensation gives significant influence to the work productivity. Work environment partially gives significant influence to the work productivity and it shows that partially K3 gives significant influence to the work productivity. The company is expected to be able to increase and maintain its compensation, work environment, and K3 because these components has been proven to be able to become the factor which encourages employees work productivity. It recommended for the following researcher to conduct a research beyond the independent variables which has been applied in this research, such as work satisfaction factor which can be used to increase the work productivity regarding that there is 30% influence from the other variables which is not included in this research.
